DEBBIE MURBACH
Board Member
Debbie Murbach worked for the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance for 10 years as Interpretation Manager, responsible for the exhibit signage and interpretive educational materials. Before animals became one of her passions, Debbie was one of the first Strategic Occupancy Strategists for major companies like Intuit, Nortel Networks, and SynOptics in California.
Currently, Debbie is retired and spends her time at her art studio, Debinko Design Studio, in San Diego, painting and creating art quilts. She is the Vice-president of the Seaside Quilt Guild and board member for the Visions Museum of Textile Art. When she isn’t creating, Debbie loves to travel, and she had the privilege of traveling to Madagascar in 2015, where she fell in love with lemurs.
