TOM HUFFMAN
Board Member
Tom Huffman is a retired environmental consultant with over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has managed large groups of field biologists, regulatory permitting experts, environmental planners, public agency field personnel, and habitat restoration specialists. He has an undergraduate degree in ecology and evolutionary biology, and a masters degree in public administration. Tom has mentored numerous graduate students and been recognized for advising small businesses. He was responsible for business development and marketing, led a rebranding effort, and served on the board of directors for over 15 years for a regional environmental consulting and habitat restoration company.
Tom has a lifelong philosophy of protecting the environment and promoting sustainability in our world. He is excited for the opportunity to help make Wildlife Madagascar thrive. Tom spends his free time on adventures with his wife and three children, playing music, cooking, gardening and participating in outdoor sports.
