ANGELA TITUS

Board Member

Angela is Asst. Deputy Director and Chief Program Officer for the Wisconsin Historical Society, responsible for strategic direction of the agency’s museums and historic sites, publications division, community outreach, and retail. Previously, she was Associate Director of Marketing—Brand & Communications at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, where she managed the public relations, social media, and content teams.

Angela has also served as Executive VP for the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation on a 60-acre urban revitalization project, with responsibility for programs, community engagement, marketing, fundraising, and human resources. At United Way, as Vice President of Brand Strategy & Marketing she was part of the executive team charged with business model transformation and considered a thought leader in the United Way global network.

Angela has worked at global companies including Gillette, International Paper, and Fidelity Investments. Originally from Jamaica, she has a BA in English from Harvard and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. She is an active community volunteer with a passion for education-related service and mentoring youth and entrepreneurs.
